2026 CNY Holiday: How To Keep Your Orders On Track

Hi everyone,
Just a quick heads-up as we get closer to the 2026 Lunar New Year.
Our team at Eco-pack is going to be taking a bit of a breather from Feb 15th to Feb 23rd. We'll be back at it on Feb 24th.
I know, I know-deadlines don't care about holidays. So here is the lowdown on how we're making sure you aren't stuck:
Shipping: The factory shuts down for the week, period. If you're running low on stock, please, try to get your orders in by Feb 10th. It helps us get your stuff out the door before the logistics nationwide gets crazy.
Checking Emails: We aren't totally "dark." I'll be keeping an eye on my inbox during the break. So if you've got a question about a quote or a specific eco-material, just send it over. I might be a little slower to reply (blame the holiday food!), but I won't ignore you.
Backlog: We handle everything on a "first-in, first-out" basis. The earlier you reach out during the break, the higher you'll be on our list when we return on the 24th.
