Xact Prepack and Frutmac launch new range of cardboard baskets

Xact Prepack and Frutmac have launched a range of 100% recyclable cardboard trays and fruit baskets for fruit, vegetables and baked goods.

Made from materials such as traditional corrugated board and straw paper, the boards can be customized to specific requirements, including the application of stretch or flow wrap film, and with features such as PET coating, lids and various display options.

The collaboration provides UK businesses with the opportunity to use Frutmac automated packaging machinery. The company says its integrated approach provides a complete and efficient solution that simplifies the entire packaging process, from product filling to final presentation.
